Foundation Board Recommendations
• Organize quarterly mini-Board trainings during Board meetings to help prepare Board members for their specific Campaign roles. Topics could include relationship building, solicitations, campaign key messages, etc. • Support University and Advancement staff in campaign preparations. Be available as thought-partners, ambassadors, and corroborating witnesses/advocates to the mission/vision.
• Play your role. Be accountable for the actions you agreed to take. Participate meaningfully. Give generously.
