The subject property is currently designated at Townhousing under the existing Burquitlam-Lougheed Neighbourhood Plan. Residents of the area and the City of Coquitlam are currently in discussions and review of changes to the land use. Existing land-uses to directly to the west of the subject properties currently allow for Medium Density Apartment. As such, it is anticipated that the City of Coquitlam may promote a future land use of RM-3.
