This is Neil Trickett, CEO of Practice Promotions. As we really get into 2024, I wanted to let you know why your success is so important to me. Personally.

Amy and I owned a private PT practice for 8 years.

So I know what it is like to run a practice. I remember the joys and struggles of managing everything from the front desk to billing to hiring to treating. I’ve also felt the loss from a doctor refusing to send patients. I remember one time, our top-referring doctor stopped sending us patients. When we called him, it turned out he’d hired a PT in-house.

Wham. 50% of our patients dried up overnight. I still remember how scary that was.

So we had to pivot. We had to learn. Like you, Amy and I went to school to become great therapists, so learning to run and market a business took time. But over the years, we learned how to market our practice well, so that we could always keep our schedules full. While still running our PT practice, we started to help other practices send direct mail newsletters to THEIR past and current patients. That’s when we realized: the way we could help the greatest number of people was to help other practice owners (you!) attract more new patients. As owners of our own practice, we could maybe help a few thousand people each year. But now, as owners of Practice Promotions, we help hundreds of private practices market their clinics…and that turns into hundreds of thousands of patients who are out of pain!

Lot of people are hurting and need help.

Our mission is simple: we want to help YOU help more people, because everyone deserves to live a pain-free life. We ofer a lot of services – website design, SEO services, Google Ads, and Direct Mail. But our GOAL remains the same as it was when Amy and I first started our practice. We want to help more people live pain-free lives. Today, our team has grown to 70+ account managers, web designers, graphic designers, and marketing specialists who share our passion for helping physical therapists and chiropractors get new patients. In this newsletter, you’ll read some of their stories. The bottom line is this: everything we do at Practice Promotions is meant to help you attract more patients and help more people.
