My husband is in the Navy Special Forces. A few years ago, he had a severe leg injury. The road to recovery was difficult, but with the help of physical therapy, he is now fully active! Thanks to his PT and his hard work, he’s back in action. I’ve seen the value of physical therapy firsthand.
I’ve been a physical therapist for over 25 years and owned my own outpatient practice for more than 20 of those years, so I know just how important it is to get our message right. When I took on the role of Director of Copywriting, my big goal was to make sure we were writing in the authentic voice of physical therapists everywhere. I wanted to create content that sets the standard for excellence online and simultaneously shows how much we care. Everything we write is meant to support the mission of all PTs: to help our patients first and foremost.
