LESLIE STILES is currently board president of the Pennsylvania Conference for Women. From 2003 until 2011, she served as executive director for the Pennsylvania Commission for Women. Prior to her appointment as executive director, Stiles served as director of marketing for the National Constitution Center,
FUNMI WILLIAMSON is chief customer officer and SVP customer operations at PECO. Williamson is responsible for all aspects of the company’s customer-focused strategy, initiatives, and operations, including
PECO’s Customer Care Center and Advanced Metering Infrastructure organization. Previously, she was senior vice president and chief commercial risk officer for Exelon Corporation. In that role, she was responsible for the identification, assessment, and monitoring of strategic, financial, and operational risks for all the commercial businesses, and the communication of those risks to the Finance and Risk Management Committee. She also held several roles in Constellation’s commercial risk organization and on the company’s proprietary trading team. Prior to joining Exelon Corporation, Williamson was a member of the Assurance and Business Advisory team at Arthur Andersen. Williamson is on the boards of Girl Scouts of Central Maryland and Code in the Schools, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and the African American Leadership Council in Exelon. In 2019, Williamson was nationally recognized by Black Enterprise as one of the “Most Powerful Women in Corporate America.” Williamson holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. HON. ALISON YOUNG is a regular on-air commentator for 6ABC’s Inside Story Philadelphia and Fox Television’s Chasing News in New York and New Jersey. Young is managing partner of Red, White and Blue Strategies, and currently serves on the faculty of The Campaign School at Yale. She previously served as executive director of the Institute for Strategic Leadership in Drexel’s LeBow College of Business. In 2017, she was named an Eisenhower Fellow. Young previously served as VP for external affairs at the National Constitution Center. Prior to that, she served as a special assistant to President George W. Bush and as acting director of USA Freedom Corps. Young earned a BA from Grove City College and an MA from George Washington University. She was recently appointed as a commissioner to the Pennsylvania Commission for the United States Semiquincentennial in 2026. She serves as a board member for multiple organizations including the Pennsylvania Conference for Women, Philadelphia Orchestra, and Pennsylvania Heritage Foundation, and she is a member of the Forum of Executive Women and the Pennsylvania Society. She is an ordained elder of Old Pine Presbyterian Church and a regular volunteer with Old Pine Community Center’s Saturday for Seniors program.

Komen for the Cure– Philadelphia Affiliate (2005 to 2011), the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition, Kimmel Cancer Center advisory board, and the Mayor’s Commission on Literacy, which she chaired through 2016. Stiles is also a member of the Forum of Executive Women. A breast cancer survivor, she has been honored for her work with the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Buddy program and received the 2006 PA Breast Cancer Coalition’s Pink Tie award and Komen’s 2010 Woman of Power award. She has also received the Professional Women’s Roundtable Power award, KYW 2011 Women’s Achievement award, Women’s Law Project Myra Bradwell award, 2012 Pathways PA award, and Women’s eNews award. She was recognized by Governor Wolf as a 2019 Distinguished Daughter of Pennsylvania.
KAREN FARMER WHITE is an education consultant and the current chair of the Pennsylvania State Board of Education. Previously, she was managing director at the Pittsburgh office of Mesirow Financial. Prior to Mesirow, White was the VP of education at WQED Multimedia, where she won three Mid-Atlantic Emmys for
her work on educational programming. White is the board chair at Seton Hill University and serves on the regional advisory board for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. She serves on numerous boards including the FISA Foundation, The Urban League of Pittsburgh, and Point Park University. White has received numerous awards for community service and serves as a mentor and role model for women in her community. She worked on a doctorate in education at the University of Pittsburgh, where she previously earned an MPA from GSPIA, and she is a graduate of the executive management program at the Katz Graduate School of Business. She is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh class XII.
