TERMS & CONDITIONS. All cattle sell according to the standard terms and conditions recommended by the American Salers Assn. INSURANCE. All animals become the property of the purchaser and will be at purchaser’s risk at the time of sale. Insurance agent will be available at checkout. See page 2 for details & incentive. LIABILITY. Everyone attends the sale at his or her own risk. TB Salers, Bittersweet West, Stockmen’s Livestock Market, owners, sale management, sale staff and anyone associated with conducting the sale assume no liability whatsoever as to risk or personal injury. Cattle are the liability of the buyer when the auctioneer says “Sold.” Every effort will be made to insure safe handling of the cattle through the sale and loadout. BREEDING GUARANTEES. Breeding age bulls sell with semen test. Bulls are guaranteed to be breeders the first breeding season. We need to be notified after the first breeding season in writing if there’s a problem. The seller shall have six months to prove said animal. At no time shall the seller be liable for more than the purchase price. We will replace with a like animal or give full credit in next year’s sale. Females sell as guaranteed breeders. In the event a female is claimed to be a non-breeder, after having been bred regularly to a bull known to be a breeder, the matter must be reported in writing to seller. The seller shall have six months to prove said animal. At no time shall the seller be liable for more than the purchase price. We will replace the animal with a like animal or give full credit in next year’s sale. No guarantee is given that heifers will deliver a live calf.
