Their headquarters at Valley Grove is the fifth office that Alianza has occupied, but it’s the first one the company designed from the ground up. The
goal was to create the perfect environment to recruit new team members, while also enhancing the experience of customers and partners. The LEED-certified building not only contains a stunning lobby, but Alianza’s suite also offers picturesque views of the neighboring mountains. Approximately 100 people regularly use the office space in areas such as software and product development, customer and technical support, operations, quality assurance, project management, finance, and human resources. The office building’s flexible spaces accommodate the different roles throughout the
company, and they promote the company’s continued growth.

The company provides businesses with reusable food packaging, which saves companies a significant amount of money each year. Priding itself as a “one-stop-shop for circular reuse,” Dispatch Goods offers logistics, inventory management, procurement, product sanitization and consulting. The company was founded by Lindsey Hoell, who saw an urgent need to reduce excessive waste.
Primarily working with prepared meal and grocery delivery services, Dispatch Goods helps process insulated tote bags, gel freezer packs, boxes, produce crates and meal containers. They also work with cafeterias, offices and campuses to launch reusable meal container programs. “Did you know reusing boxes and containers could save your business thousands of dollars annually? We are defining the reuse space and raising awareness to companies and people on how easy — and cost effective — it is to reuse items. To date, we have
saved over 2 million items from the landfill,” said Hoell. Eight people work in Dispatch Goods’ facility at Cromwell Business Park, where staff operate equipment to process reusable products. “You can think of our space as a tech-enabled laundromat,” said Hoell. St. John Properties helped ensure that the building had enough power supply to support the company’s growth, which can be difficult to find, particularly in a warehouse. Hoell credited part of their company’s success to the space St. John Properties helped secure. “What sets St. John apart is how

F ounded in 2013, Intuitive Machines is a space infrastructure and services company that plans to pave the way for sustainable human lunar missions. As the leader in lunar space development, Intuitive Machines has been awarded three NASA Commercial Lunar Payload Services (CLPS) contracts to deliver science and technology payloads to the moon — more than any other contractor.
The company operates through four distinct business areas, including lunar access services, lunar data services, orbital services, and space products and infrastructure. “Intuitive Machines has built an entire space program with the intent to open access to the moon for the progress of humanity,” said Steve Altemus, co-founder, president and CEO of Intuitive Machines. The company’s participation in NASA’s CLPS allows rapid acquisition of lunar delivery development of the moon. Using NASA’s three CLPS contracts, the company plans to land on the moon three times over the next two years. The first mission, IM-1, is scheduled to launch and land this year. In their Hanover, Maryland, office, 18 of Intuitive Machines’ employees focus on designing, building and testing space-flight mechanisms and electro- mechanical systems. The space is services to advance science, exploration and commercial
divided into two main areas: an office area for detailed hardware design and a climate-controlled warehouse for testing. The majority of staff are mechanical or aerospace engineers, but they also employ electro- mechanical technicians, college interns and other engineering support staff. The company worked closely with St. John Properties to find a space that completely suited their needs. The facilities require 100 percent climate control to protect their hardware. “St. John Properties has been able to offer a variety of spaces in the immediate vicinity that meet our needs as our company grows,” said Jon Kraeuter, senior mechanisms engineer. “BWI Commerce Park provides a convenient, centralized location near the airport, local environmental testing facilities and the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. “One of the biggest things that sets St. John Properties apart is that everyone we have worked with is extremely friendly, helpful and takes
