HOW TO APPLY This is a structured two-year programme, which consists of a maximum of four assignments. The duration of each assignment changes depending on the availability and stage at which certain projects are at. The aim is to provide a minimum of between 3 – 6 months on each of the assignments. There are six monthly review periods, which run in parallel to each assignment. Assignments are not less than three months and not greater than nine months. THE PROGRAMME Our Graduate Development Programme is a senior management priority and assists in preparing graduates to make significant and valued contributions at an early stage in their career with Ardmac.
