Impact Award: Young Professional by Peri Hayes Ainslee Tracey, esteemed real estate broker, celebrates her first Impact Award: “I feel fantastic to be recognized as a young professional. This award is especially meaningful to be in Barry’s honour. He has been an uplifting person in my corner, encouraging me to continue immersing myself in this community and to give back -- his legacy is exactly this, being the person to bridge connection. This acknowledgement is a high honour, and I feel awesome that my work is having an impact. I am passionate about serving our community, and shining light on how great this city is.” Having built upon her grandparents’ professional pursuit, Ainslee is second generation in the business. “As a family,” she details, “We’ve been doing this since ‘74. Toward the end of 2013, I got my license to join my grandfather and we worked together for six wonderful years.” “I find it super cool to be able to say that I have worked alongside my grandfather,” Ainslee proceeds about this experience. “This was pretty special. My grandparents have been incredible role models throughout my life, and the family business did pull me in.” Ainslee is with Royal LePage Triland Realty, about which she describes: “I offer my service throughout St. Thomas and Elgin County, specializing in commercial and residential real estate. I am community-minded and my ambition is to nurture our home, supporting the local and surrounding area.” Asked what excites Ainslee about her business, she thoughtfully responds, “It’s different every day. I appreciate the new clients, and the returning. Whether they are looking to downsize, upsize or relocate for growth, I am eager to be a supportive piece in

their journey. We have really cool people in our community, and I have been very lucky to connect – and continue to connect with – these citizens.” As Ainslee graciously concludes, “I feel very fulfilled by my service! Whether it be for their business or for their home, I am motivated to help people discover their space. As I also enjoy travelling with my husband, I certainly appreciate my work-life balance. I am St. Thomas proud, and I absolutely love our community.” Inquiries are accepted by phone, as Ainslee assures that she will respond at her earliest availability.
