The team are meeYng and sebng-up unYl 7.15am and we cannot grant any access to The Windsor Suite to those arriving early, so please be sure to Yme your arrival for 7.30am in this room.

When You Arrive
VisiPng Guests: On arrival you will be directed to The Windsor Suite . Then you’ll be greeted by our Guest Hosts, your name checked-off on a list and you’ll be given your namebadge. You’ll also be given 2 x 1-1 MeePng Cards . One is marked ‘ Mee#ng 1 ’ and the other, ‘ Mee#ng 2 ’ etc. Please be sure to swap these Cards with 2 people in Yme for your 1-1 meeYngs.
