From Segway forest adventures and footgolf to tackling rickety bridges on the Skywalk Activity course, there’s something to set everyone’s pulse racing across our portfolio of venues. But it’s not all action. We also have more gentle options to reward the soul like working with the people and horses at the Riding for the Disabled centre based in the glorious grounds of Cheltenham racecourse. THE GRAND NATIONAL EXPERIENCE
at Aintree Racecourse
This captivating experience brings together the very best of what Liverpool has to offer with Aintree, home of the world famous Grand National at the very heart. Enjoy an afternoon trip on the ferry across The Mersey followed by an overnight stay at the Beatles themed Hard Days Night or The Titanic hotels with evening entrance to The Cavern Club and sample the legendary heritage and atmosphere of everything Liverpool. An early morning transfer to Aintree Racecourse for a hearty Northern breakfast is followed by a guided bus tour around the Grand National course stopping off a Becher’s Brook, Canal Turn and The Chair where you’ll hear from a jockey how it feels to face those mighty fences! Then it’s off for a tour of the changing rooms and weighing room before marvelling at the display of legends who’ve competed in the iconic Grand National race in days gone by. Finish with a conference in one of the many spaces and suites.

at Exeter Racecourse
Exeter might be a small course but it packs a mighty punch when it comes to the huge array of teambuilding activities available at this renowned conferencing centre. Onsite the racecourse offers acres of space to host traditional teambuilding activities and is pleased to work closely with a local company who offer unique, horse themed inflatables including Rodeo Pony, The Winning Post and The Derby Horse Hoppers. The Jockey Club experts at Exeter also have a great relationship with the nearby Landrover Experience West Country which features a thirty five acre off road driving course. Meanwhile Haldon Forest is only a five minute drive from the racecourse opening up a wealth of activities from cycling tracks to Segway adventures, Go Ape and Nordic walking.

Newmarket is affectionately known as the home of horse racing and there’s plenty of opportunity to marvel at these exceptional animals in all their splendour throughout your time there. This is a truly decadent experience starting with fine dining and a luxurious overnight stay at the prestigious Jockey Club Rooms. This 18th century private members club boasts original features as well as an incredible collection of sporting
art and racing memorabilia which you’ll see on the guided after dinner tour.
An early start sees you watch the magnificence of the Warren Hill training gallops in action, followed by a behind the scenes tour of a busy trainers yard. Then head off to the National Stud to see a working thoroughbred stud farm and meet some of their famous equine residents. Final stop, the Rowley Mile Conference Centre for your event.

GOLF
RAC I NG EXPLA I NED A package designed to demystify the sport, this talk from an industry expert tells you everything you need to know from what to expect on a day at the races to placing a bet and hopefully picking a winner!
Golf is the perfect teambuilding activity designed to cater for all abilities offering everyone an opportunity to learn or improve their skills. Many of racecourses have golf centres on site and at over 3,200 yards Aintree boosts one of the longest 9 hole courses in the country with the chance to play over the famous Becher’s Brook fence as well as having a 30 bay floodlit driving range. Several of our racecourses also offer a fun alternative to traditional golf known as footgolf. This hour long challenge is simply to kick the ball into the hole (trickier than it first seems)! The team or player with the fewest kicks is the winner, perfect for a lunchtime energiser or at tee time to round off your conference.
And to put all this to good use every delegate can claim two free tickets to a racecourse of their choice from a selection of fixtures across our portfolio.
Delegates will also be offered the opportunity to join Rewards for Racing which enables them to collect points on their everyday purchases and exchange them for unforgettable racing experiences.

Warwick Racecourse is the sixth oldest in the world and is situated near the natural, ancient park of St Mary’s Lands. Its’ geographical location makes it easily accessible to the whole country, in fact it is almost equidistant for delegates travelling from the North, South, East or West!
