Modern beer brewed in Dundee. 71 Brewing Co fired up the brewkit in The Old Foundry Building in Dundee back in 2016. As Dundee’s first active brewery in over 50 years they are reviving the lost art of brewing in this vibrant city. An independent brewery crafting crisp lagers and small batch brews, inspired by new wave, modern brewing techniques, traditional European styles and superior quality ingredients.
Extra pale and radiantly hazy, bursting with tropical fruit aromas, notes of apricot, pineapple, peach and coconut delight the taste buds with a rich, smooth mouthfeel to finish. Just a perfect thirst quencher really.
Our signature crisp, golden 71 Lager. Single-hopped with Saaz to showcase the aroma and bitterness of this unique Noble hop paired with a classic pilsner malt profile.

METHOD 1. Peel and crush garlic. 2. Wash spinach leaves. 3. Wash, pick and chop flat leaf parsley. 4. Heat thick bottomed pan on medium heat on stove and add butter and garlic and fry for 2 minutes. 5. Add spinach and cook until it wilts. 6. Add milk and 71 Larger and bring to a simmer. 7. Add the macaroni and stir frequently for around 20 minutes until the macaroni is cooked and coated in the sauce. 8. Pre heat oven to 180c. 9. Stir in the grated cheddar and half of the mozzarella and melt into the macaroni. Season with cracked black pepper. 10. Transfer to a casserole dish, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and
