£16.09/ pk (net)  £1.34 /btl Naturally fermented cider is a refreshing, lightly sparkling drink with a long maturation to give a smoother complexion than most commercial ciders. It is light and fruity to taste, with more complex flavours developing.

£16.09/ pk (net)  £1.34 /btl The fresh fruitiness of apples combines with the heavy citrus zest of elderflowers to give a unique aroma and warm caramel colour. We spike our base farmhouse cider with real elderflowers .

£16.49/ pk (net)  £1.37 /btl A flavoursome cider made potent in the oak of a Glen Moray whisky cask with lingering tastes to be savoured. A gentle whisky flavour initially intermingles with subtle, medium dry cider, giving way to the distinctive full-bodied flavour of the cask, finishing overtones of whisky.

METHOD 1. Peel and finely slice onions. Wash and slice leeks. 2. Wash and pick thyme leaves. Wash and chop flat leaf parsley. 3. Place pouch of frozen cooked mussels in pan of boiling water for approximately 8 minutes. 4. Place large saucepan on high heat and add the butter and olive oil. 5. When the butter is bubbling add the pancetta and cook for 4 - 5 minutes. Stir in the leeks, onion and thyme leaves and cook for a further 3 - 4 minutes until onions and leeks have softened. 6. Turn up the heat and add the Arran mustard, Whisky Cask Cider and double cream and bring back to the boil. 7. Drain most of the stock from the mussels and add to the sauce. Bring to the boil with a lid on for around 3 minutes shaking the pan 2 - 3 times. 8. Discard any mussels which have not opened.

9. Season with Maldon sea salt and cracked black pepper. 10. Serve in deep bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
