Role Description Head of Twentytwo Reporting Relationships Direct Manager: Head of Central London Property & Asset Management Reports: Head of Engineering Customer Experience Manager Head of Logistics Head of FM Head of Security Executive Summary The Head of Twentytwo is responsible for curating the owner’s vision and brand for the property, as well as managing overall performance of service delivery to occupiers, and optimising customer relationships and satisfaction. Working in close collaboration with the owner and JLL’s Property Management team, the Head of Twentytwo plays a key role in the development of strategies to continuously advance performance of the site team. In conjunction with JLL Contract Director, the Head of Twentytwo assumes overall responsibility for the management of all service matters within the property and will perform the role as the primary owner representative with all internal and external stakeholder interfaces. ROLE DESCRIPTION Logistics Manager – 22 Bishopsgate Direct Manager: Annie Panteli – Head of Operations Executive Summary The Logistics Manager is responsible for implementing and managing the high stand rds of all logistics operations at 22 Bishopsgate and the Consolidation Centre that services it. Developing a strategy to ensure a consistent, frictionless service is achieved through the department’s operations. The Logistics Manager will implement and develop operating systems that enable bookings, tracking and cost onitoring. Using data collected from monitoring the operation, the Logistics Mana er wi l analyse efficie cies and continu lly review the p ocesses and proc dur s in place. An ability to continu lly dapt eff ctively is imperative. The Logistics Manager will be the point of contact for all users of the services, including Occupiers, Fit Out Contractors, the 22 Bishopsgate Team and the service partners appointed to deliver the services.
