A U T H O R

was born November 12 1949 in Miami Florida to immigrant parents. At the age of 10 his family moved to Washington D.C. Always in love with the music he spent over forty-five years in the music and entertainment industry. A Heart attack forced him to “de-stress” his life and at his Doctor’s suggestions he moved to the Texas countryside and lives on a 100 acre ranch with horses, donkeys Llamas and goats. As interesting as it is, the journey from the Night clubs of Washington D.C. to a small east Texas ranch is of little importance compared to finding his soul in the lessons from a wolf named Hunter. Rick reluctantly purchased a 5-week-old baby wolf from a Zoo in Oklahoma several days later he named it Hunter. For the nest seventeen years he shared his life with a timber wolf. This book is their story and the journey takes you from five weeks old to the day after he died . . . the last time he howled to his pack. Hunter passed away on August 5th 2017. A Lovely lady from New Orleans granted her daughter’s life wish to kiss, pet and hug a real wolf. Hunter, always the gentleman sat with her and loved meeting them. He passed an hour after they left.
