Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) DAS Acquisition is a 100% employee-owned ESOP. ESOPs are qualified retirement plans regulated by the Federal Government. It is similar to a profit sharing plan, except it is designed to invest primarily in company stock.

The Employee Stock Ownership Program began in 2017. Becoming an ESOP allowed DAS Acquisition to remain independent and preserve our legacy and culture.

Automated In-Process Communication Our loan originating system is fully integrated with multiple technology platforms to facilitate communications with all loan partners. Full Compliance Review As a heavily regulated financial institution, compliance is key. Our in-house attorney reviews all marketing pieces before its release to the public. This practice protects you not only from potential legal issues, but also ensures that our brand of integrity is fully intact. Personalized Websites All producers are given personalized websites for his/her online traffic. These sites are customized to each originator or team. All sites offer an online web application for a seamless loan application which feeds directly to our loan origination system. Promotional Items We value ourselves as branding savants. Our marketing team understands the need to cut through the noise of the competition with strategic marketing. Promotional items are an excellent way to solidify your relationship with effective and creative closing gifts, trade show items, and event promotions. Customer Relationship Management DAS offers a fully integrated CRM platform through Total Expert. As simple as an email address, our CRM can engage your customer whether he/she is still shopping for his/her dream home or if it is years after he/she closes with an annual mortgage checkup. We were very excited to relaunch our training department, DAS University, in 2016. DAS University was given new life with a fresh approach to training. DAS University is spearheaded by our Onboarding Department. In the recent past, we had big changes in industry regulation. DAS Acquisition took and will always take an aggressive approach to educating its employees by always staying a step ahead of the industry standards.

As a sales-centric company, our infrastructure is built to keep you in the field producing, not caught up in the office with paperwork. Our solution to this is offering a quick-solution resource center to keep the process moving along seamlessly. Our various help desks are managed by experts of his/ her craft to ensure you receive responsive and precise results.

Underwriting Help Desk The Underwriting Help Desk was created to help originators navigate the various programs DAS offers to ensure he/she is delivering the best solution to his/her client with the greatest of accuracy. This desk is managed by a team of veteran underwriters. This team will run scenarios, calculate self-employed income, verify the loan is within guidelines and other various situations that will help deliver the loan timely.

Encompass Help Desk Our Encompass Help Desk team has been nationally recognized for their extensive customization of the cloud-based program. We are ever-changing the system to help create efficiencies within the loan process to allow more time for training and originating. This team of professionals travels to annual summits to ensure DAS Acquisition is operating with the most advanced technology available.

I.T. Help Desk From live, nationwide webinar broadcasts to spam filters, our I.T. team has a wealth of knowledge across the board to keep business rolling at high speed. With technology as king, our team of I.T. professionals is constantly upgrading our technologies to maintain an efficient, well-maintained machine. Desks are managed by experts in their craft to ensure you receive responsive and precise results.




401(K) Retirement Plan To support the future needs of our employees, DAS Acquisition offers a 401(K) Retirement plan with online access, which allows for contribution changes as frequent as each pay period. DAS Acquisition offers matching contributions and rollovers from qualified plans. Starting in 2019, DAS Acquisition will be increasing the company match for all employees. Life Insurance Supplemental Life Insurance and AD&D DAS Acquisition provides a life insurance policy for all employees. In addition, employees may elect to supplement their life insurance with a supplemental policy. Health Insurance A comprehensive package which includes full medical (with two options to choose from), dental and vision. Flexible Spending Account Medical expenses and child care expenses. An FSA account allows you to shelter pre-tax income for medical expenses and/or child care expenses.

Short Term Disability To provide income replacement benefits should an employee be unable to work for extended periods of time due to illness or injury.

Humbled and proud, DAS Acquisition supports all of our military men and women from deployed military employees to our VA clients. A challenge coin is a small coin or medallion (usually military), bearing an organization’s insignia or emblem and carried by the organization’s members. Traditionally, they are given to prove membership when challenged and to enhance morale. In addition, they are also collected by service members. In practice, challenge coins are presented by unit commanders to unit members for special achievements. They are also exchanged in recognition of visits to an organization.

DAS Gives DAS Gives is an employee-driven program where we strive to focus on supporting charities that are near and dear to our employee’s hearts. We care about what our employees care about. In 2018, our employees volunteered hundreds of hours and helped raise almost $100,000 for charities through fundraising and donations. Annual Golf Outing In just three years, we have raised over $20,000 for local charities that are committed to the betterment of our community.
