WHO LOOKS AFTER YOU IN RESORT?

EVENTS AND COMPETITION REPS On our weeks with a bigger lineup, we bring in team members with an expanded skill set. Within our team, we have reps who have experience in event/competition management who will be focused solely on the delivery of these aspects of the week. Whether it’s stage setup, artist liaison, dual slalom, or portaloos, we’ve got the people for the job!

RESORT MANAGERS

WELFARE TEAM Our English-speaking welfare team is there to ensure the safety of all our passengers and make sure the week is well looked after. They provide resort support, event safety, and crowd management consultancy with first aid/mental health qualified staff. These guys are here for you and your members, and they aim to make sure everyone returns home safely. Nothing better for your peace of mind.

RESORT REPS Our fine-tuned rep team makes up the bulk of our resort team. They are responsible for supporting all elements of the week, but their main task is to ensure your passengers are loving their time in resort. Reps interact with passengers daily, host nights out, and deliver information provided by NUCO to make sure your members don’t miss anything. Our reps have always been our biggest strength and we’re proud to show them off!

ASSISTANT MANAGERS AND HEAD REPS Head Reps and Assistant Managers are responsible for leading our rep team. They’ll support Resort Managers in maintaining staff standards, and be the first point of contact for our hard-working committee members. They take responsibility away from you to ensure all passengers, including the committee (it’s your holiday too!), are having the best experience possible. They’ll be made up of those team members with more experience, usually having completed their first season with us already. Resort Managers will always be full-time head office staff, whether it’s your account manager or a member of the operations team. Responsible for overseeing all in-resort operations on our biggest student weeks, the Resort Managers look after everything from arrivals to departures. Events, staff, committees, and suppliers, our Resort Managers have a hand in ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standards.

RESORT SUPPORT Our UK-based support team is on call 24/7, able to assist your passengers whenever they need it. Any issues they run into can be directed through the rep team, or to our team in the UK who can guide them through the process. Resort support will lead you in the right direction, and if necessary, contact a staff member on the ground to come and assist in person. They’re available by live chat on the NUCO app, or by phone, 24/7, just in case you can’t find a NUCO rep to help you.
