BANK OF NUCO: GROUP ACCOUNTING & RECONCILIATION Looking after your club funds –
Throughout the year we’ll track your incoming funds and expenditures. This means you can spend any commission or sponsorship money knowing we’re keeping an eye on the finances. Post-trip, your Account Manager will settle up your account, and you can either take a payment into the club or keep it with us rolling into next year. This means you can spend confidently without worrying about budgets, or any prying eyes from Sports/ Students Unions.
UNION SUPPORT Communicating with your unions –
Where it is relevant to do so, we make sure we communicate with your union representative to give them visibility on all the things they need. This may include risk assessments, crisis management plans, contact overviews, escalation procedures, and general health and safety planning. No need to do any of this yourself! BOOKING PAGE Everything will be set up for you to launch your trip – This includes everything from setting up the booking page, payment deadlines, room allocations, and more. Of course, we’ll always encourage the committee to give us a helping hand in getting information out to their members, but this will all be done via our dedicated Customer Experience team. A BANK OF FAQ KNOWLEDGE Providing quick easy information to reduce questions to you – We host a wealth of FAQs on our website, allowing your passengers to search and find answers quickly and easily. They can always contact one of our customer service experts if they need more information but more often than not, we find that the answers are discovered online. ROOM ALLOCATIONS We do all the leg work –
Our booking system allows your members to allocate themselves and friends into different apartments. We’ll set a date for these to open, and email your members to give them instructions on how to allocate their rooms. Committee members will get early access to ensure they’re sorted before it goes live.
