Studio Bateaumagne, l'élégance décontractée
L e studio d'architecture Bateaumagne a été fon- dé en 2012 par Audrey Magne et Julien Bâteau. Leur vision commune se caractérise par un sens de l'épure et de la modernité, avec des matériaux cha- leureux et un goût pour un luxe décontracté. Avec une centaine d’appartements repensés en 12 ans, les atmosphères varient selon l’univers ar- chitectural du terrain d’expression. « Un apparte- ment situé sur un grand boulevard parisien, dans le plus pur style haussmannien, ne bénéficiera jamais de la même approche qu’un bâtiment industriel, ou qu'un appartement au sein d’un immeuble des an- nées 60 comme on en voit beaucoup dans l’ouest parisien. Nous aimons recréer des univers com- plets, sans jamais générer d’anachronisme, et en plaçant toujours la créativité et la fluidité au cœur de la réflexion. » De très jolis projets de résidences secondaires ont permis à l’agence de se développer en province, particulièrement dans le Var à Ramatuelle, mais aussi en Normandie, avec déjà plusieurs projets remarqués. Le studio compte aujourd’hui six archi- tectes d’intérieur, et répond à tous les projets de rénovation complète : habitations, bureaux, hôtels, restaurants. Des équipes projet sont disponibles à Paris et toute la Riviera française (de Monaco à Aix- en-Provence). Bateaumagne architecture studio was founded in 2012 by Audrey Magne and Julien Bâteau. Their shared vision is characterized by a sense of purity and modernity, with warm materials and a taste for relaxed luxury. With around a hundred apartments redesigned in 12 years, atmospheres vary according to the architectural universe of the site of expression: “An apartment located on a major Parisian boulevard in the purest Haussmann style will ne- ver benefit from the same approach as an industrial buil- ding or an apartment within a building from the 60s as we see a lot of in the west of Paris. We like to recreate complete worlds, without ever generating anachronism, and always placing creativity and fluidity at the heart of our thinking.” A number of attractive second-home projects have en- abled the studio to expand outside Paris, particularly in Ramatuelle in the Var region, but also in Normandy, where it has already completed several high-profile projects. The studio now boasts 6 interior designers, and can handle all types of complete renovation projects: homes, offices, hotels and restaurants. Project teams are available in Paris and throughout the French Riviera (from Monaco to Aix-en- Provence).
