I've had the honor of being part of this wonderful adventure for ten years now. A decade during which I've been able to invest fully in the development of this company and support its growth. As Operations Director, my commitment and motivation have never wavered, be- cause I've always believed in the company's values and its ability to renew itself. One of our priorities has always been to adopt a long-term vision for the company, integrating developments in the real estate market and anticipating changes to ensure controlled and sustainable growth. The real estate market is constantly changing, and it's crucial to know how to adapt while maintaining strategic consistency. Over the years, we have worked to consolidate and develop existing agencies, ensuring that each team has the resources it needs to offer the best possible service. Before expanding our network with the opening of new branches in Paris and across France, it was essential to take the time to build a so- lid foundation for our existing branches, both structurally and in terms of people. I'm proud to see this company evolve and to play an active part in its development. It is with total confidence in our teams and our strategy that we are preparing to take an exciting new step. The forthcoming opening of new branches is the fruit of hard collective work and a shared determination to propel District towards new horizons, while remaining true to our commitments, inspired from the outset by David AMANOU, founder and CEO of the Group. I would like to thank all the teams who contribute to our success every day, and I look forward to seeing what the future holds, with the same determination to grow this company in which I believe so deeply.
C ela fait désormais dix ans que j’ai l’honneur de faire partie de cette belle aventure. Une décennie durant laquelle j'ai pu m'investir pleinement dans le dévelop- pement de cette entreprise et accompagner sa croissance. En tant que Directeur des Opérations, mon engagement et ma motivation ne se sont jamais démentis, car j'ai toujours cru en ses valeurs et en sa capacité à se renouveler. L’une de nos priorités a toujours été d’adopter une vision sur le long terme pour l’entreprise, en intégrant les évolutions du marché immobilier et en anticipant les changements pour garantir une évolution maîtrisée et pérenne. Le marché im- mobilier est en constante mutation, et il est crucial de savoir s'adapter tout en gardant une cohérence stratégique. Au fil des années, nous avons œuvré pour la consolidation et le développement des agences existantes, en nous assurant que chaque équipe dispose des ressources nécessaires pour offrir le meilleur service possible. Avant d’étendre notre réseau avec l’ouverture de nouvelles agences à Paris et en France, il était essentiel de prendre le temps de construire des bases solides pour nos agences ac- tuelles, tant sur le plan structurel qu'humain. Je suis fier de voir cette société évoluer et de participer acti- vement à son développement. C’est avec une confiance totale dans nos équipes et notre stratégie que nous nous apprêtons à franchir une nouvelle étape excitante. L’ouverture prochaine de nouvelles agences est le fruit d’un travail collectif acharné et d’une volonté commune de propulser District vers de nou- veaux horizons, tout en restant fidèle à nos engagements, ins- pirés dès le début par David AMANOU, fondateur et directeur
