K-CLUB K-Club Ubud opened in the midst of Covid in 2020 and was created by two leaders in Bali’s tourism and hospitality industry: Alban Kibara and Cetin Candan. K-Club is located in the heart of Bali’s cultural and artistic region, just minutes from the world-famous Tegalalang rice terraces and 15 minutes north of Ubud.

Nestled among the lush mountain valleys of Ubud, Aperitif offers a unique gastronomic experience in Bali. Located in an elegant, spacious standalone building overlooking the green jungle, the restaurant, designed in 1920s style, offers exquisite seasonal tasting menus. These menus reflect the vision and expertise of the culinary team led by Chef Nic Vanderbeeken and their attention to the quality of ingredients. The menu allows guests to explore the world through the Indonesian archipelago; it’s an eclectic journey through global gastronomy with the flavors of the Spice Islands. The menu combines high- quality products from around the world, locally produced ingredients, and items from Aperitif’s greenhouses with the sophistication of modern European culinary techniques.

Highlights: Mekar: A one-of-a-kind spa center with a two-level spa cocoon. Akar: The signature restaurant. Our chef leads a talented team of cooks who create international and local dishes. We prioritize sourcing organic products from local farmers and suppliers. Guests are treated to breathtaking views of the tropical jungle while seated under our 10-meter-high bamboo ceiling. CasCades CasCades, with its luxurious views, offers a window into the «Valley of the Kings.» The restaurant serves a variety of dishes made from homegrown products throughout the day. It’s the perfect place to spend a pleasant day, relaxing and indulging in the chef’s exquisite creations.

At CasCades, you can enjoy both Western and Indonesian cuisine. A highlight of the CasCades menu is the Royal Balinese Rijsttafel, consisting of 10 components. This provides an opportunity to taste the best of Indonesian cuisine, prepared using traditional methods.
