Not Clean/Poor Maintenance (N = 3)

95th street sports fields. The facility is nice but often times the water fountains aren’t working and bathrooms are frequently out of TP and/or soap

Bathrooms tend to run out of TP Rubin Center rating based on room at 1 class which was cold with poor lights. 95th Street rating based on room cleanliness and noise issues from preschool classes. Miscellaneous (N = 11) Honestly, it’s because we took our daughters to a few gymnastics’ classes a while back and they were poor. The instructors were absent a lot and they would just wander around without guidance. We haven’t done classes with the park district since. It may have improved since then.

Soccer fields are not always the best due to the weather. Knoch Knolls is no more or no less entertaining than other trails. The indoor track at Fort Hill is good during winter

Overall, I believe Naperville maintains its facilities in excellent condition. Fort Hill is a beautiful facility, but the track is so small and there is no pool. We need a place that has an indoor aquatic center. It is either 7 bridges which is packed or Westmont. Why does ‘Westmont’ have an aquatic center and not Naperville?? Good because nothing stood out as excellent. Good facility service and good maintenance. Haven't been there for anything meaningful so can't judge it accurately, but don't have great impressions of the times I was there. I last visited the studio 4 years ago. It was a bit cramped and warm for the summer.
