Programming (N = 10) Water aerobics classes and water resistance classes. Pilates - reformer and mat versions. Water fitness Educational seminar facilities - survey community to inquire about topics of interest. Seminar/educational facilities for all-year-round programs. Special needs swing for adults and teens Organized lap swim for 18+ Small group classes like TRX Swim events and recreational water park activities Water aerobics Programs for Older Adults (N = 7) Senior meeting and activity center including the disabled. Breakfast and lunch facilities supported by Naperville partial funding (in cooperation with Will/DuPage Counties) with particular emphasis on seniors in the community. Combine lower intensity sport with social for aging active adults.
