APPENDIX IX: SURVEY QUESTIONS
The Naperville Park District is conducting a needs assessment for indoor recreation space. The goal of this initiative is to develop a detailed plan based on community need for and support of additional indoor recreation amenities. Once completed, the assessment will guide the District in meeting the indoor recreation needs of the community. By completing this survey, you will provide key input to help shape future recreation facility and program planning within Naperville. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Please consider the views of your whole household in answering these questions. We appreciate your response by Tuesday, June 25th . Your answers are confidential and will be grouped with all other respondents. A summary of the results will be available on the Naperville Park District website when the project is completed later this year.
