Over one-third (37%) of respondents reported not being aware of the programs offered by NPD. This underscores the need for additional communication and outreach, suggesting that enhancing awareness through additional marketing and outreach could increase engagement. Additionally, 19% cited being too busy as a reason for non-participation. A preference for using private clubs and facilities was noted by 17%, while a similar number (16%) expressed disinterest in the current offerings. The inconvenience of the location of facilities was reported by 15%, and 15% indicated facilities did not cater to their household’s interests. Additionally, program fees being too expensive was a constraint for 13%. Other less frequent but notable constraints included time conflicts, limited capacity or waitlists, and health issues (Figure 7) . CONSTRAINTS TO INDOOR RECREATION FACILITY USE
