THE EXTENT TO WHICH PROGRAM NEEDS ARE MET The largest reported unmet need is for an indoor pool and aquatics with 65% of respondents indicating a need for an indoor aquatic facility within the Naperville Park District. Over a quarter (38%) of respondents indicated a need for additional fitness and wellness programs, followed by drop-in arts/crafts/hobby activities for youth (29%), indoor sports/athletics (25%), arts and crafts (25%), and environmental and nature programs (20%). Early childhood programs, active adult/senior programs (ages 60+), adult (ages 18-59), youth (ages 5-17), and e-sports/gaming indicated some unmet needs, ranging from 5-17% indicating a strong unmet need for these program types (Figure 15).
