CHAPTER EIGHT • SPACE UTILIZATION ANALYSIS NAPERVILLE PARK DISTRICT INDOOR RECREATION SPACE NEEDS ASSESSMENT

GROUP FITNESS STUDIOS The analysis of the indoor group fitness spaces reveals that the most frequently offered programs are Pilates, Total Body Conditioning, Yoga, Cycle classes, F.I.T., Zumba, and Body Pump. These classes are predominantly held in Studio A and Studio D, which host most sessions, particularly during peak morning (8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.) and evening (6:00 p.m. - 7:55 p.m.) hours. As depicted, both Studio A and Studio D show usage at or above the recommended 70% capacity throughout the year. Studio B is a smaller room and unable to host larger group fitness classes conducted in Studios A and D.
