Employee Referral Program Our Employee Referral Program encourages employees to refer appropriately skilled candidates to WGA for employment opportunities, for current vacancies or for other positions relevant to our business. The reward for a successful referral is a one-off $2,000 gross payment for a candidate who becomes appointed into a permanent position (full time or part-time) or fixed-term position (a minimum period of 12 months) and has successfully passed their probation period.
