Health Our Health Committee shares information and encourages participation in health and wellbeing initiatives across WGA. The committee can provide a full range of support services to employees with a holistic approach.

Each region has an active Social Committee that takes time to plan events and initiatives that allow you and your families time with your colleagues outside of the office. Food, drink and activity-based, there is something for everyone. Safety Our Safety Committee champions a safe work culture and drives change through refined processes in alignment with our mission of ‘We Care’. They are responsible for WGA’s Safety App and supporting procedures to ensure our staff work safe and stay safe.
Environment Our Environmental Committee focuses on making a tangible difference to our impact on the environment. This dedicated committee is making big changes in how we work, live, and create.
