High Density Infill Projects The Forestar Central Atlanta Division adds value to high-density urban areas. Redeveloping vacated shopping malls, industrial buildings and other empty or unused spaces into single-family residential homes improves tax value and revitalizes underutilized areas.

Outdated Office Building Razed, Makes Way For Residential Community In 2024, Forestar purchased an empty office building in Peachtree Corners. Situated near restaurants, shopping and employment centers, the old office park will become a new townhome community. Adjacent to an existing pond, Forestar will oversee the development of a new 12’ wide walking trail, picnic tables, gazebo and greenspace. Scheduled for completion in 2025, D.R. Horton will attract homebuyers with three-story 22’ wide townhomes with front and rear entry options.
