Compass INSiDER | Fall 2025 | Vol 3

From tailgates and pumpkin patches to Keeneland races and cozy candles, our Compass Indy agents know how to make the most of fall. This season is all about traditions—cheering on teams, gathering with loved ones, giving thanks, and soaking in the crisp air and colors. For Stevee Clifton, fall isn’t complete without the Friday night lights and cheering on football games at Park Tudor.

For the Bond Team, boating is more than just a pastime—it’s a way to relax, recharge, and enjoy time together. Nick Laviolette celebrates autumn by celebrating others. Each year, he hosts a Client Appreciation Day in the heart of fall, timed perfectly to match Indiana’s peak foliage. It’s his way of saying thank you and creating special moments with the people he serves. For Lindsay Sears , fall is the ultimate season. She loves everything outdoors —caramel apples, pumpkins, flannels, bonfires, hiking, football—you name it. Halloween is another highlight, and she never misses a chance to go all out with her costumes. For Zach Syrus , autumn is all about sports and cooler weather. From football season and tailgates to bonfires, camping, hiking, and even fall boat cruises, this time of year has it all. He jokes that he “naturally runs at about 115 degrees,” so the crisp fall air is always a welcome relief.
