Compass INSiDER | Fall 2025 | Vol 3

A big shout out to Payge Rhodes for keeping the energy high as emcee—so high, in fact, that one vendor compared her prize commentary to a QVC segment. Let’s be real—Payge was born for improv. Someone sign her up for open mic night! The inaugural Chili Cook-Off brought six fiery recipes and 28 hungry judges! With just one point separating the top two, the finish was a true nail-biter. Curious who brought the heat? Flip to page 17 for the winning recipe. Our energy carried beyond Indiana to the BLK at Compass Summit in Charlotte, where one of our newest agents, Brittany Perry, proudly represented Compass Indy. Brittany Perry summed it up best: “OMG the BLK at Compass Summit in Charlotte was EVERYTHING I didn’t know I needed! Having a completely minority team, culture is very important to us, I received what I needed! It was top tier from the panel discussions to the networking and the nightlife events. It truly felt like a sense of “belonging”. The cherry on top was definitely having Robert pop in and encourage us. It was overwhelmingly fulfilling and I will never miss that event!”

Fall came in full swing—with teamwork, learning, giving back, and just the right amount of friendly competition.

A huge shoutout to our Compass team for taking home 2nd place at this year’s HAMCO MIBOR Volleyball Tournament! From serves to spikes, every play made a difference as we rallied for the Angel.i.aM Foundation, honoring Angelia M. DuVall and supporting those impacted by cancer. This was our second year competing—last year we placed 3rd, this year 2nd… so there’s no doubt we’ll be spiking our way to 1st place next year. More than just the scoreboard, it was about showing up, rallying together, and playing for a purpose. This quarter, our agents hit the streets with two caravans— one winding through Meridian-Kessler and the other through Downtown Indy. These agent-led tours weren’t just about showcasing listings; they were about collaboration, connection, and strengthening local market expertise. And it wasn’t just people who joined in on the fun—a few furry friends made an appearance too, proving that Compass caravans are truly for everyone. Fall means it’s back-to-school season, and our team helped make sure students at Frederick Douglass School 19 were ready to succeed. Thanks to our Backpack Drive , kids started the year stocked with supplies—and plenty of confidence to take on the classroom. The gratitude from the school community was felt all around, reminding us of the real impact we can make together. Our Fall Vendor Fair was buzzing with creativity and connections. From swag to flooring solutions, our partners truly brought their A-game. Special congratulations to our prize winners:

Moments like these show that Compass culture isn’t just local— it’s national, and it’s growing stronger every season.

At Compass Indy, the highlights of each season aren’t just in the numbers—they’re in the connections we make, the knowledge we share, and the ways we show up for each other and our community. Whether we’re serving on the court, serving our clients, or serving up chili with cornbread, one thing’s for sure: this team knows how to show up.
