Season’s greetings to you and your family! Welcome to our winter issue of Elevate: Field Guide of the Plateau. With the holidays upon us and 2021 drawing to a close, I find myself reflecting on this past year. As I think back over the experiences and events of the last 12 months, the one word that comes to mind repeatedly is “gratitude.” Yes, we have had to come to grips with some new normals due to the pandemic that is still in our midst, but we have also been reminded to be thankful for many things that we used to take for granted. It felt so good to once again embrace friends and family and to gather for holiday celebrations; these things that we never gave a second thought to suddenly became more precious after being suspended for 18 months. The blessings of this year have indeed been many and far outweigh the tough moments. I want to take this opportunity to express my thanks to the many clients who have entrusted us with helping them purchase their dream home or sell their property here on the Plateau. You are the reason we are in real estate to begin with and providing you with the very best service possible is our utmost goal.
