GUARANTEE The registered cattle offered for sale are sold under the current terms and conditions recommended by the American Hereford Association, online at www. hereford.org. REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES Registered animals will be transferred to the buyer at the seller’s expense. Calves born before the sale will be registered by the seller; proper breeding statements will be signed for the buyer to register calves born after the sale. Each buyer must be sure to give the clerk the proper name and address for making transfers. No registration on commercial lots. ANNOUNCEMENTS Announcements made from the auction block sale day will take precedence over statements in the sale catalog. We reserve the right to withdraw any sale lot not meeting our specifications prior to sale time. EXPECTED PROGENY DIFFERENCES (EPDs) Expected progeny differences are statistical predictions, or estimates, of expected performance of future progeny—not guarantees of performance. Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids. All cattle are to be paid for by the purchaser during or immediately after the sale and will not be released until after settlement has been made. Registered cattle will not be transferred until paid for in full. HEALTH All cattle will have interstate health charts required for shipping into other sections of the United States. All bred females have been pregnancy examined. Bulls will be fertility tested. Trichomoniasis tests upon request.
