On-Site Consultation We visit your home for the first time to see first-hand what changes need to be made to reach your home's full potential. This consultation gives us the opportunity to assess any structural hurdles, better understand your home's existing layout, and determine next steps. Drafting/Design & Selections Our phenomenal design team, courtesy of our sister company Studio A, will first help you uncover your unique interior design taste. We don't believe home design is a copy-and-paste process, and work with you to create an authentic design that stays true to you and your home. We’ll provide a 3D draft and rendering of your project to allow you to see and understand what’s to come! Team Consult We're bringing the entire team to your house for an in-depth review of each and every aspect of your proposed project. Everyone that will have a part in transforming your home will be there to assess the job in person and understand first-hand what's required to achieve the desired end result. Fixed-Price Estimate + Contract All of the consult steps lead us to our Fixed Price Estimate - something we believe should be mandatory for all remodel projects. Why? Because a Fixed- Price Estimate keeps you in control of your budget, giving you a fixed project cost you can count on. You're still in control throughout the process of your remodel, and can make desired changes, but you'll always know the impact of those changes on your overall budget. The Remodel Let the transformation begin! The infamous Demo Day, electrical work, plumbing, custom coatings, and more all take place in a beautifully choreographed dance of scheduling. You're presented with a calendar schedule from Day One, available to you 24/7 via an online platform that allows you to follow along with the progress. We'll post daily logs and photos as we lead up to the grand reveal. Handover We have the honor of walking you through your completed project - showcasing our collective hard work in determining the perfect design and flow for your spaces.You move back in to your transformed spaces and enjoy the home of your dreams!
