Shallow Sprint & Smash Sprint through shallow water for full-body resistance training, exit fast onto the pool deck, and blast out high-speed slam ball sets. Aqua High Knees Tabata Perform high knees at max effort in the pool (20 seconds), short rest (10 seconds), then powerful smash ball throws at poolside.
