Shallow Sprint & Smash Sprint through shallow water for full-body resistance training, exit fast onto the pool deck, and blast out high-speed slam ball sets. Ultimate combination of aquatic cardio and explosive dry land power. Aqua High Knees Tabata Perform high knees at max effort in the pool (20 seconds), short rest (10 seconds), then powerful smash ball throws at poolside. Repeat for a Tabata cycle — boosting heart rate without joint strain. Battle of the Mats (Partner Challenge) One partner performs powerful ball throws while the other holds a plank.
