• Degree level with up-to-date relevant training (i.e. Safer Recruitment, GDPR, H&S). • Track record in an educational management role. • Detailed knowledge of the ISI and / or Ofsted regulatory requirements and relevant areas of legislation. Essential • Highly developed communication skills with experience of influencing behaviours at all levels of an organisation. Essential • Proven experience of strong leadership, motivational and management skills across multi-functional teams. Essential • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to interpret data and systems. Essential • Ability to produce and present effective presentations and training. Essential • Project management skills with the ability to manage risk, performance and control delivery to achieve outcomes. Essential • Proven track record of delivering enhancements to process efficiency. Essential • Experience of working across international teams or geographies. Desirable • Fluent in an additional language.
