Being a leader of a prayer band takes faithfulness to con tinually encourage others to come and pray. I have learned that I just cannot be there, but I must consider it a blessing to take part in a ministry in the area of prayer. Jeff Butler The joy of sharing a burden with others who love the Lord and knowing we can come to a Father who cares in prayer. David Poehlein I have experienced a blessing out of being a prayer band leader this year. It has shown me that through the power of prayer and the faithfulness of a few people, bonded in a unique love and concern for people they probably will never meet on earthly terms, can supply the daily needs of so many. I thank God for those faithful few and pray that God will watch over them and protect them. Carl Seip
