Word of Life Bible Institute Yearbook 1985

President Jack Wyrtzen

Congratulations, Class of 1985 . . . I am sure there have been many times this year when you have wondered if this year would ever end, and now, it has. This should show you the need of making each day count for Jesus’ sake. “There is a time for everything” and each of you should make good use of your time. “So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom,” (Psalm 90:12). The proof of how well you have grown in the Word here at the Bible Institute will be found in the way you apply the Word to your life in the days ahead. Make the ways of God your ways and you will be firmly grounded and will not be attracted to the ways of the world. Be on your guard against false teachers who will seek to lead you astray. Stand fast in the faith against changes in doctrine, the charismatic or ecumenical movements, or devilish humanisms that are engulfing the world. Keep your eyes on the risen Lord. I have been praying for you and will continue to pray as you go. We are all a part of the same family; you are always welcome at my home. God Bless You Yours on the Victory Side, Jack Wyrtzen Phil. 2:16
