It was here — the mounting anticipation that had been building over the winter quarter had finally reached its peak with the arrival of Valentine’s Day and with this coming, the long awaited banquet. Okay, okay so for the majority of the students this event was not as traumatic as just described. It was, however, a night in time here at WOLBI that could hardly be forgotten. The food, the special music and singing, the unforgettable skit that had even the stuffiest ol us laughing, the words on love from the speaker and the companionship of those around us all added to the enjoyable time that night brought to many of us. The theme was that of 1 John 4:7 “Beloved let us love one another, for love is of God and everyone that loveth is born of God and knoweth God.” How sweet it is to share in the love of Christ as we share our love with others.
