On the outset of our trip to the Philippines, our group imagined a trip of non stop evangelism, mil lions of churches visited and constant performances of our dramas and musicals; however, we imagined wrong. The Lord has used the work of the Philippines to reach thousands of youth for His glory through a more relational ministry. Mike Foster, the director of WOL Philippines does not shy away from preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ; however, he has used sports such as basketball and soccer to get into closed opportunities. Our team experienced amazing feats! Through helping with their summer camp and counseling for 48 hours with Filipino kids, and being able to do OAE on the University of the Philippines, we were able to see how our Lord is not done work
ing a revival throughout the world. The People there were extremely open to receiving tracts and building friendships. Christ is using Mike Foster and his team to accomplish and bring Glory to His name. Our team was able to experience God’s grace in the country. We Praise the Lord for the opportunity to serve His cause and all praise and Glory is due to His name! - Eric Garland
