Going on any tour is a great expe­ rience, but what was portrayed through “The Passion Play” made it especially meaningful. Of course, there are so many mem­ orable aspects of tour. . .guys in skirts; the generosity of strangers; spending hours on the bus; gaining 20 pounds (due to all of the fried chicken and sloppy joes!). . .but what impacted everyone the most was being involved in making the last week of Christ’s life come alive. Because of the difficulty of some of the scenes, we discovered that we had to be inwardly prepared before going out on stage. Some great group devotional times helped accomplish this. Seeing the power of the Gospel move people night after night really made going on “The Passion Play” a tremendous ex­ perience. -Sarah Dye Top: Right about now the people that housed these South Tour guys are wondering where their furniture went.
