c z T he main goals of the Word of Life Drama Team are to minister to people, challenge their hearts, and share the gospel with others. m A o u d a The team was picked opening weekend through a series of two separate tryouts. After the tryouts and much deliberation and prayer on the part of the coaches, 16 people were chosen to have the wonderful opportunity of being a part of the Drama Team. However, they couldn't have just one team for all 16 people, so they split up the students eight and eight. They became two teams inside of one. One team was called Judea and the other team was called Jerusalem. Along with the eight people on each team they were coached and mentored by Brandon Arnold and Kasey Rising. As soon as the teams were chosen they began rigorous practice for both musical and speaking dramas. They practiced for weeks until the time came for the teams to begin to go out on ministry. It started out with Open Air Evangelism and continued from there with ministry in schools, chapels and churches. Though getting to perform dramas as a ministry is always fun and such a blessing, that does not mean it was always easy. Trials and tests came along the way as Satan tried to interfere with the ministry. Technical problems arose from time to time and team members were lost, but through it all Christ was in control and He had a plan for all of it. The team saw many lives changed, salvation decisions, and hardened hearts were softened towards Jesus Christ. In everything the teams made sure that Christ was the focus point of every ministry
