As Christians operating in a work environment, God sometimes chooses to grow us in our relationships with one another, whether through discipline as His children or through success in our endeavors, ultimately making us more like Himself; able to be used by Him. The staff
and faculty of Word of Life Bible Institute are some of the best in their unique areas, able to take the Word of God and apply it to their lives and to the lives of others as it relates to their respective positions. Each one disciples one or more students or interns and is held responsible for their own spiritual development by their own disciplers.
