T his year at the Word of Life Bible Institute in Hudson Florida, God was made famous. Through many speakers, missionaries, prayer warriors, and service workers serving behind the scenes, God was glorified in the Missions Conference on campus. Missionaries from all over the globe came to represent the work being done for the Gospel’s sake. Words cannot express the impact it had on the student body as well as all those involved in making the Conference happen. Year after year believers from many different locations, come together to admonish one another for serving their life in full-time ministry for the Savior. As Jodi Armstrong, a first year Florida student stated, “The Missions Conference was a great
tool God used in my life to open my heart and eyes for what He has in store for me in the future, and that my life is the mission field.” No matter where God takes us on our spiritual journey, we can be centered in God’s will, living a life worthy of our calling. This is to be set apart, a different people striving to proclaim the glorious Gospel, which gave me hope when Jesus Christ reached out to a filthy sinner like me. The Missions Conference seeks to aid in the calling out of believers to live in faith by doing what we are commanded. Matthew 28:19 “Go ye therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” -Kaley Andrews
