Braz razil God stretched, and challenged, the entire Brazil team in so many ways. It was an extraordinary trip! There were even a few times when we were told specifically not to share the gospel, which was extremely hard for many of us. Being stretched, challenged, and on the brink of exhaustion pretty well sums up the week. During our trip, I learned the importance of constantly evaluating my ministry. 1 Peter 5:1-4 sets an awesome example for us to follow and it really challenged me,

especially when it came to my ministry in Brazil. Did I feel the tugging of God, on my heart, for mission work globally? No. But, He solidified how important it was to train up others who can go. Also, realizing the physical needs of the people in Brazil allowed me to reflect on the more important spiritual needs of my people in Canada. I can strongly feel God directing my heart towards Canada, to be used as His too, one to reach my nation with the gospel. We were able to learn about, and enjoy, the working hand of God and the love that He can give which surpasses any barrier that we as humans think may impede His work. ~Greg Sheridan
