JAZZERCISE - AGES 18+ Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, body-pumping, fitness program that has been going strong for 50 years. Burn up to 800 calories in any of our formats. We offer Dance Mix, Core, Strength, Low-impact, Interval, Fusion, Strike, and Express. You can also purchase the 10 class pass option or pay a one time drop-in fee. We cover the following commands: Sit, lie down, come, stay, heel (walk by my side without pulling), No jump and off. We also teach boundary training (don’t go past).
