The Twentieth Annual Word of Life Missions Conference kicks off the winter quarter at the Bible Institute To kick off the winter quarter, Word of Life Bible Institute hosted its 20th Annual Missionary Conference, from December 30, 1990 to January 2, 1991. Twenty-six missionary representatives from twelve different agencies, along with various missionaries from within Word of Life Fellowship, Inc., gathered from around the world to invest themselves in the lives of students over this four-day period. It was a time of inspiration for many, as we heard dynamic messages from speakers Jack Wyrtzen, Paul Bubar, Robert Anderson, Rick Warken, Mike Calhoun, Joe Jordan, Steve Theis, Bob Parschauer, Harry Bollback, Larry Bollback and George Theis. We divided into several seminar sessions to take part in presentations by the var ious mission board representatives, and had several additional missionary guests share with us during evening devotions held in the dorms.
