SU P E R BOW L
i
T en hours of evangelism and fun jam-packed into one night. The Superbowl is conducted all over North America, encouraging young Christians to invite their friends to be introduced to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Hyped up by a sport and all-night games they have the time of their lives and learn about the only person Who can give them true fulfillment in life. The event starts at a hockey arena or basketball game that is followed by a rally and gospel message. A program support team gets the teens involved in games on the ice, where prizes are given away, shortly before a speaker from Word of Life gives the gospel message that hundreds of students responded to all around the country. Support teams had the opportunity to travel to many different Superbowls in the area, such as Albany, Manchester,
Portland, Springfield, Philadelphia, and Rochester. They help set up and run the games for this exciting all-nighter and work the inflatables. The teenagers also get to go bowling, skating, and eat pizza, along with many other fun activities. For many of the Bible Institute students, this is the first time they have seen so many students respond to the gospel message all at once. They are given the opportunity to counsel and see the decisions made. Although the night may be tiring and exhausting, getting to see this impact makes the weekend well worth it.
