F or Missions Reality this year I was able to go to New York City to do OAE. The trip was really great. We were able to minister and witness in many different ways. One way was by being able to visit many different ministries within New York City and to see what and how their minis tries do things. Some of the ministries that we were able to be a part of were Cho sen People, which is a ministry to Jewish people in which Jewish believers work to establish relationships with other Jewish people who are non-believers in hope to be able to share Christ with them. We also got to work with a man who does Islamic Evangelism, which was great because we got to teach English to a Muslim group of people by using the
Bible. This was a great way to openly share and explain the gospel. Also while in New York we were able to get quite a bit of OAE in whether it was by doing the rope trick, painting on the sketch-board, sharing what Christ has done in our lives, or just making balloon animals for little kids as they walk down the street and sharing the gospel with their parents as they waited. New York was great and though there were only a few decisions, many seeds were planted, and it was great to see God use each of us in a great way. And perhaps the most encouraging part of the whole trip was just the passion and the desire we saw from our leader to share the gospel. Thanks Mr. Frey for all that you did. -JAMES PRESLEY

L ocal Church Ministry is the Missions Reality trip that takes you behind the lines of our Word of Life clubs to see the organization and ministry of a local church missionary. We were able to learn core fundamentals for ministering in the United States, along with the opportunity to get involved in the ministry ourselves. Learning from these men of God was such a blessing to my future ministry. -DANIEL SEIBERT
